PROCESSING TIMES: Orders are processed within 1 – 2 working days from the time of payment confirmation. Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Once the order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number and link to track the shipment.
COSTS AND SHIPPING METHODS: Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and based on the volume of the order.
SHIPMENT TRACKING: We provide a tracking number and link for all shipments. This is all in the confirmation email.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: For any questions or problems regarding shipping, customer service is available by email or phone, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY: Shipments with additional service “insurance” will be insured against risk of loss or damage during transit. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as strikes, weather or other events. We are not responsible for loss or damage on shipments that are NOT insured.
